Our story meet our strategy

Daves noodles started 17 years ago with its first branch being opened in Launceston's Morty's foodhall by David Lam. David started the store so that he could use his years of experience cooking traditional Chinese food to bring a fast and health style to locals. The range of meals uses a variety of noodles, seasonal vegetables and other ingredients that are fresh cooked to order in an open kitchen.

Since opening its first store Dave's Noodles has grown to having six outlets across Tasmania. You can now enjoy Dave's Noodle in Hobart CBD, Kingston, Moonah, Launceston, Mowbray and Burnie.
